Easiest way would be to buy the tool from Red Gate

There is a third-party tool that does this: http://www.red-gate.com/
If you want to compare 2 tables with respect to their schemas (column names,
data types etc), you can write some code using the INFORMATION_SCHEMA views,
but a tool can serve you better.

There's nothing built in for that, and I haven't seen any generalized script for it. You would
have to do your own TSQL coding which work against the system tables or information schema views
that does the comparisons.

Ahh, Mark proved me wrong (to some extent, there's nothing built in, but there seems to be TSQL
code "out there").
