concurrent access of a stored procedure

I have no cluse about the case of extended stored procedures, but SQL
Server is specifically designed to allow multiple concurrent statements
to be executed including stored procedures which are simply batches of
statements.  Temporary tables created in stored procedures are also no
problem.  Separate tables are created in tempdb for each connection.
