Torn Page Error?

 Torn Page Error?

The output when I run DBCC CheckDB <in SQL Analyzer> looks like this:
DBCC results for 'ADOPT'.
There are 20098 rows in 418 pages for object 'ADOPT'.

The output is ended like this:
CHECKDB found 0 allocation errors and 0 consistency errors in database
'Pnasource'.
DBCC execution completed. If DBCC printed error messages, contact your
system administrator.

This to me looks like there are no errors. Believing this to be true, I then
created a publication for the DB. The snapshot was generated successfully.
When I attempted to push the snapshot to a subscriber I get the error:
I/O error (torn page) detected during read at offset 0x00000000500000 in
file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\Data\Pnasource_Data.MDF'.

Any suggestions?
