SQL Developer vs Enterprise

 SQL Developer vs Enterprise
We're doing some development work for a database system.
Since one of the requirements is to use SQL, we were
wondering if someone could tell us the difference between
SQL Server Developer that comes with the MSDN kit and the
SQL Server Enterprise that is available retail?

And yes, I did call Microsoft, but the basic sales people
weren't really sure about the answer, so I thought I'd ask
some of the people that deal with it.

Thanks,

As the name indicates, the sqlserver Developer edtn accompanying MSDN is
**strictly** for development purposes only.
It has all the features as Enterprise so that you can have a feel of it
before you make the purchase .

Thanks for clearing that up.  We just needed to make sure
that we could use it to develop to MSSQL Dev to get an
accurate environment of MSSQL Ent.

Thanks again,
