 Accessing SQL-Server through ODBC (from ASP on another computer)

You are using named pipes instead of tcp/ip. Set tcp/ip in the client
configuration utility.

Can you explain this a little more clearly?  TCP/IP needs to be configured
where, exactly?  In the SQL Enterprise Manager?  For the workstation
getting the error?  For IIS??
