Need SQL Script to reverse-engineer datbase users, groups, permissions for SQL 6.5
Yes, I know I really should write it myself, unfortunately no time. If
anyone knows where I can find a script please let me know. I tried the
sqlserver web sites that I know and didn't find anything. Please e-mail
me, or respond to the group.

Thanks,
Ed B.

Ed,
I dunno about no scripts but I have used Embarcadero's ERStudio in the past
to reverse engineer some Oracle Databases and have heard from several
people that the product is good for SQLServer also. Could you send me the
websites you mentioned in this mail ?

Use the Enterprise manager.
When highlighting the database, click on  "objects" from the menu bar and
then "Generate DDL scripts". You could then choose the specific DDL
sections you need.

Thanks to everyone who responded. Ivan was correct about using SQL 6.5
enterprise manager. This will save us a lot of work!
