sa CAN "xp_cmdshell bcp blabla", other users cannot

Hi,

when logged on as sa I can xp_cmdshell what I want.
Other users cannot (they can perform a local dir, no network dir).
xp_cmdshell 'bcp blabla (correct parameters, works for sa)' returns '0 rows
affected'

Both SQLServer and SQLExecutive are running a account 'MySqlServerAccount'
which has administrator privileges.

I does not matter wether the 'xp_cmdshell - use SQLExecutiveCmdExec for
non-SA's' is set or not.

Does anyone has an idea ??
