previous questions, it was very helpful.

Help required:

a.      I could not find any samples for creating cube .CUB file in
C++/VC++/ATL. Is there any C++ sample programs which  creates .Cub file
or any syntax for .cub file creation in C++.

b.      What are the COM interface which supports creation of  .cub
