Yes and No.
My client machine has version 7.0.690 DBMSSOCN.DLL while the two servers
that I am have version 7.0.623. However, I encounter the same error when run
a simple Select query from the either server in Query Analyzer ... I have
registered both servers through the client network utility using TCP/IP
