SQL Server 6.5 & Perl cgi scripts

?Is there a perl module for accessing MS?SQL Server 6.5? If not, what is
the recommended way to have a cgi script access MS?SQL Server?

Also, could someone point me to a FAQ on IDC. I'm uncertain as to when
IDC?is necessary.
