Script generation from SQL 6.5 database

Thanks for ur reply.
We are trying to take the backup of the database without the transaction
log.
Is it possible to do that in SQL server 6.5 DB ?
Please do give some suggestions.

Script generation from SQL 6.5 database
Hema,
I'm not sure what you mean by "backup of the database without the
transaction log"

Yes..SQL 6.5 allows you to perform either -- a complete db backup -- or
perform a Transaction log backup by iteself.
So if you are trying to backup the database alone into a single disk file,
yes you can do so, using the Enterprsie Manager.

Additionally you can also use isql_w tools and submit a query like: DUMP
DATABASE <db_name> TO DISK = 'c:\db_name.bak'

Hope this helps,
