Help: Image Datatype in Microsoft SQL Server 6.5

I must design a database containing images. These images are in *.jpg
format, or *.tiff, or *.gif, or... and their size > 100Kb

I need information about:

a) How do I insert a image into a table?

b) Can I insert a whole image or do I must insert it block by block
(1kb, 2kb, 4kb,..)?

c) I must view the image by WWW and the question is: Do I must read the
image block by block and save the read data into a pointer?. Do I must
send this pinter to a viewer in order to see the image?

d) How do I must delete and update records of this datatype?

I would be grateful if someone would send me information about managing
image datatypes or links about this issue.

Thank you very much in advance.
