Do you mean like running an SQL statement in SQL (reading the file, putting
the SQL statement in a string and then executing it)?  If so, reference
Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects and create a recordset based on the SQL that
you read from the file.

For lots of information, see MSDN under ActiveX Data Obejcts--they'll have
samples there.

It will be more than that, such as create database, table,
etc.

ADO and ADOX should be able to do all that you need to do--you can execute
any SQL statement using ADO, and with ADOX you can manipulate the tables
using objects.

If you have specific things that need to be done, I can write some examples
for you--send me e-mail.
