is there a way to generate a script that will create the db in a stored
procedure.
I know that it can be done in the Enterprise manger but is there a PS or a
script that can generate the same
script.

TIA

Open up query analyzer, and run this script:

IF DATEDIFF(d, '06/18/2001', CURRENT_TIMESTAMP)>1
     SELECT 'Check back in July'
ELSE
     SELECT 'Ignore post'
