Hi!

The middlewarecompany had a big benchmark between j2ee and .Net a short
while ago. This benchmark is supposed to be the first really objective one
that has been made. According to this benchark .Net was the winner. You can
look at the benchmark at

http://www.middleware-company.com/j2eedotnetbench/

Which one is better? Well that I would say depends on your own preference
and needs. At the moment .Net only exist on the windows platform, but there
are open source projects that will change that. The basic oppinion I have
seen is that J2ee people try to backtalk .Net and the other way around. Both
languages have their strengths and weaknessess. I prefere .Net but that is
my personal oppinion

When it comes to finding jobs and maket. Then at least where I live there is
more about j2ee at them moment, but .Net is growing rapidly. So my guess is
that .Net will be the winner since it is more efficient, and better
integrated into windows.

Well, hope you got somthing out of this

//Mikael
