 Migrate to Win 2000/Sql 2000 from Win Nt/Sql 7.0

Planning to migrate from NT/SQL Server 7.0 to Win 2000/SQL
Server 2000  ??

Windows configuration  (4 servers - currently 2 cpus)
1) Size of drives
2) How may drives
3) Drive Formats
4) Drive Raids
5) Backups
6) RAM
7) CPU

SQL Server 2000 (4 servers - 10 databases on each - big
one 25 MB (and couple like that))
DSS Primary used for Dataware.
???

Unfortunately, it is not really clear as to your exact question.   Are you
looking for resources or best practices when performing the upgrade?   If
