Hello,

I'm trying to setup SQL Mail to use  a SMTP Server rather than a exchange
profile. Is there a way to set this up? I'm using SQL Server 6.5 on NT 4.0.
Moreover, I don't want to install exchange clients on my production
machines and I don't want to use exchange profiles.

Any help will be appreciated.
