 generate db script
Hi,

Where can I find the script used to generate the DDL for db ?

I only can connect to the database as a db_owner through a ado
connection.

Thanks in advance!

 generate db script

Peter,

That is not available through the TSQL level. Use can call code in the SQL-DMO API to do that
(check out the transfer object).

 generate db script
If you have Query Analyzer 2000, you can connect it to SQL Server.  Then
press F8 to show object browser, you can select the object and click right
mouse.

There are some options to script the objects:

Script object to New window
Script object to File
Script object to Clipboard
