I am running SQL Server 7.0 Service Pack 1 on
Windows 2000 Professional.  When I try to create
a new database diagram using the database
diagramming utility in Enterprise Manager, I get
no response.  I can create a new diagram on
another machine running Enterprise Manager and NT
Workstation Service Pack 6 connecting to the same
database on the SQL Server 7.0 installation on
the Windows 2000 Professional machine.  It just
fails when I try it from Enterprise Manager on
the Win 2K machine.  Any input would be
appreciated.
