 Simple Datatype question..
Is there support for single or multiple-dimensional arrays of any datatype?
Could be referred to as a drop-down as well.

Thanks

 Simple Datatype question..

Herbie,

Sorry, but SQL Server does not support arrays. However usually a table can stand
in very nicely for an array.

Perhaps if you post some additional details as to what you are trying to do,
someone on these forums will be able to provide a workable alternative to an
array.

When posting, inclusion of SQL (CREATE TABLE ..., INSERT ..., etc) which can be
cut and pasted into Query Analyzer is appreciated.
