Hi Anil,
You have a hotfix build on your SQL Server that is post SP1...And since
hotfixes are not rigorously tested as Service Packs, I would
recommend you to upgrade your SQL Server to the latest service pack which
is SP3 for SQL Server 7.0
To answer your question of who upgraded it, I don't think there is anything
that can upgrade your SQL Server build to that version.
