 how to make SQL7 output a record as numbered HTML file suitable for Outlook Signature File?
I need to make a script or small VB exe to talk to SQL 7 and to generate an
HTML file(s) for each record in a small "Signature File" Database.

Any ideas?

sp_makewebtask may do what you want, check out the information in books
online.
