How to compare the fields in the 2 different tables from 2 different
DATABASES.

Schema or data?

you can use four part naming for including
Database name like

Database.owner.table.column

 Compare the Fields in the 2 different TABLES in the 2 different DATABASE
To find the Schema diff, query the
INFORMATION_SCHEMA views.

Also there are several third party tools like SQLCompare are avalibale.
