Login problems & distinct query problems

My SQL Executive will not start because it has login problems...

The SQLExecutive service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not start due to a logon failure.

that is the error that I get...

Is this an attempt to get a the sa account? or is it an attempt to
login to the NT local machine?

How can I fix this?

I have a table which has two columns that I need to return distinct
queries from.

select distinct Name, Title
from personnel

can I write a stored procedure that will do this? and return either
results in a query, or two new tables taht I can query from?

any ideas appreciated.

This is related to the NT account SQL Executive Service is trying to start as.

In services under control panel change the startup of the SQLExecutive service
to have the correct password of the account it is starting as.

It sounds like you are wanting to select from the result set so I would just
stick the select statement into a view if you are going to use it frequently.
