set default to not null setting?
sql 2000
Is there a setting so that when a table is created the columns will not
allow nulls by default and can only accept nulls when specified? Currently,
nulls are allowed by default and not null when specified.
Thanks in advance.

set default to not null setting?

If using QA to create the tables you can use the session level
SET ANSI_NULL_DFLT_OFF ON
or at the database level you can use
sp_dboption 'databasename','ANSI null default','false'

Check out SET ANSI_NULL_DFLT_OFF in BOL
