 newbee seeks upgrade help

Hey I'm not experienced with SQL server but I have to do an upgrade.

I'm trying to upgrade from a SQL 6.5 to SQL 7.0 by using the upgrade
wizard. In the beginning I recieved a lot of errors like no valid
logins for the users on the 6.5 server and some stored procedures that
made some invalid references. I fixed those problems simply by
deleting the users and the corrupt SP.
It's still not working, though. I get the following warning before the
upgrade process starts:

=======================================================================
The following syscomments entries are invalid on your 6.x SQL Server.
It is recommended that you fix these problems before you continue.

(the normal error log doesn't say anything)

I hope somebody can help a bit, I have already spent way too many
hours on the  problem.

Is it possible to upgrade without the wizard. For example by using DTS
to move data and some thhing else to move the other objects. If it is,
how do I script out the different objects on the 6.5 server and how
good are the odds that it will work on the 7.0 server.

I know it's a lot of questions but I have my faith in you {*filter*}
people.

Regards:
Martin
