SQL Syntax for SQL Server 7.0 or 2000 Reference Materials

I am looking for detailed reference materials to add to my libary.  What I
need is a book, CD, etc.... that would provide me good detailed information,
syntax, examples of begnning to advanced SQL Statements.  I have a group of
trainee developers, and I would like to provide them with some type of
reference materials they could use.  For example - How to create a Stored
Proceedure ( the syntax behind it ), or How to use an Inter or Outer Join,
When to use a View and all the syntax that may go along with it.  If anyone
could recommend something like this I would appreciate it.  I am currently
using SQL Server 6.5 but I am within days of migrating to SQL Server 7.0 - I
would really like to have something that focused more on 7.0 or 2000.

Thanks in advance for any help.
