 TYPE MISMATCH !!!

DTSPack.SaveToSqlServer(self.sSRV,self.sUID,self.sPass,0,'','','',VarPersist
StgOfHost,false);

I have a Delphi program that dynamically creates and runs DTS packages. The
problem is that often(intermitently) when I try to re-run the same
package(Packages that I have succesfully executed) I get "Type Mismatch"
error. The csv file is the same and so is the destination table. I can only
assume that there is a problem in the way that I am saving them.
I have the same problem on sql7 and sql2000. I am using Borland Delphi 5.
Can anybody shed any light on why this may be happening? The fact that it is
an intermitent problem makes it all the more confusing. Has anybody else had
similar problems?
   Please help.
       Chris Cowdrey.
Above is the line of code that saves the package to the SQL repository.
DTSPack is of "OleVariant" data type.

 TYPE MISMATCH !!!

Hi Chris,
I have got the type mismatch problem when I executed the
DTS package from VB. Once the package is executed, the
script on VB goes thorugh Every step to make sure if
things were OK and I got a type mismatch error on a step
that is not even executed as part of the package so I had
to change the logic by bypasing through all the steps
instead I would trap the error if the package as a whole
failed.
Bye
