USPS Zip+4 file wanted

 USPS Zip+4 file wanted
I would like to know if anybody who has access to such a file could provide
an older version to me?

I have a personal project I would like to carry on and would purchase the
full database when I am sure I can be technically succesful with it.

Therefore only an older version (say a year old or more) would be just fine
to me.

I would eventually purchase the file from the USPS if my project is
fulfilled.

Thanks a lot in advance!

AFAIK, there is no place to et the ZIP+4 for free. RobFMS's company sells a
ZIP Code database, not a ZIP+4 database. There are many sources for ZIP Code
information (us census bureau for free, KJL Software and others for fee),
but the USPS is the main source for ZIP+4 database.

The USPS+4 file is a very specific product sold by the US Postal Service.

It is used when building an address verification system and also systems
that provide you with carrier route numbers in order to build the PostNet
barcode and also pre sort your mail in order to get a discount.

Thanks for your help.
