examples.

I agree with Roy, the Celko book (there is a new edition supposed to be out
soon)... Celko also  has a book SQL Puzzles and Answers which is quite
good... Coming out in about a month from Addison-Wesley is a book from Ken
Henderson called the Transact SQL Guru which will also be good....The David
Rozenshtein's Advanced SQL Programming, (in my opinion) went mostly by the
wayside since SQL server's addition of the case statement, which makes most
of his book un-necessary.
