HTTP 404 - File not found Driving me NUTS!!!!

Ok, I followed the instructions in the SQLXML 3
documentation to set up the northwind test case, but when
i try to add a web reference in Visual studio .net, i
browse to the location where the wsdl file is, but it can
never be found!!!!  I keep getting a HTTP 404 - File not
found.  So i tried to browse directly to it in IE, and i
get the same error.  But, if i create a virtual directory
with the normal IIS utility and move the files from the
SQLXML 3 created virtual directory, I can browse the wsdl
files and add the web reference, but that virtual
directory cannot connect to sql server (obviously, because
it wasn't created by the SQLXML utilty).  Any help would
be greatly appreciated....

Hi Rob,

If your SQLXML Virtual Directory is "pubs" on your local machine and your
SOAP "Virtual Name" is called "soap", the WSDL file may be found at:
http://localhost/pubs/soap?WSDL.

Hope this helps
