 Linking problems with ESQL and C++

I am trying to make 32-bit Windows executable using
Borland C++ 4.5 and CA-Ingres Embedded SQL for C.
In Borland C++ I created a new project, with target type: Application,
and platform: Win32.
I included preprocessed C (ESQL) source, compiled it, and then
tryed to link it with iiw3esql.lib library file.
Linking failed with fatal error: "16 bit segments not supported in
module iigcc.tc".
I haven't got the file named iigcc.tc (nor iigcc.* neither *.tc) on my machine,
so I can't do anything about it.

Any help would be appreciated!
