I am going to write a database application which will run on the
following platform.
        PC LAN under Novell v3.11
        20 386SX w/ 4 MB RAM
Now I have two development tools in hand, Foxpro 2.5b for DOS
and Clipper 5.2e.  Could anybody give me some idea about the
above 2 tools with respect to the development time, performance,
and further upsizing to Windows or even Window95?

I know Foxpro has it own Windows version and the coming Visual
Foxpro 3.0 will run on both Win32 and Window95.  Clipper has its
Visual Object v1.0.  But I don't know their ease of upsizing from
DOS to Windows, their performance under Windows and the hardware
requirement.  Please give me some advice.
