Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

This is not an advanced question, sorry im new to this. thnx if anyone
has time.

i have a simple access database connected to a website with ASP.
everything works fine on my local Win 2000 Webserver where i am
utilizing a METADATA tag
to link to msado15.dll and the microsoft OLEDB Jet engine to open the
datasource (on my machine as the path below shows).

my hosting service utilizes DSN's for Access db's. and mentions that a
non-DSN connection could be used as well. i dont care which i use at
the moment as this is basicaly a test. the hosting service provides an
area where a DSN can be named and pathway give from the root of the
web directory.
so i have named it as DATABASE with the pathway \DB\simpledb.mdb
(which is the location where the db resides on the server)

im not sure how to re-write my code to allow connectivity utilizing
the DSN i had created.
have tried objConn.Open "DSN=DATABASE" in place of the objConn.Open
shown below.

im not sure how to access the ado dll file either - or is that taken
care of by the DSN?  here is the code im using on the local machine:
thnx for any help.

  objConn.Open "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0; " & _
