 Moving from a DB2 V2 certification to a DB2 UDB V5 certification

If you have a DB2 V2 certification, now  get that same V5
certification by just taking ONE exam!

If you are certified with DB2 V2 Database Administration,
then to get certified with DB2 UDB V5 Database Adinistration

all you need to do is take test #504. You can skip the V5
Fundamentals exam!!

If you are certified with DB2 V2 Application Development,
then to get certified with DB2 UDB V5 Application
Development, all you need to do is take test #505! You can
skip the V5 Fundamentals exam.

You must have the equivalent V2 certification to take
advantage of this for the same V5 certification.

So - if you are currently V2 certified, but not V5
certified, why wait? V2 is no longer in service and is no
longer a product that can be purchased, so get your skills
upgraded to the current level.

If you have any questions on moving from V2 to V5
certification, or wish to verify that you can qualify for
this skipping of the V5 Fundamentals exam give me a call at

happy to check it our for you!
