Butil doesn't create all *.^^^ for *.dat

This happened twice this week !

Butil.nlm will not create a delta file for each file of my list, it will
create one or two only (the last of the list...) but it will say that
it completed successfully :-(

This breaks my automated backup because the *.dat files can
not be accessed by the backup software (curious, as they are
flagged sharable at the os level...)

Config info:
Nw 3.12 / PSql 7 / 115 files / Cache set to 32 Mo
Very low file activity during backup (18:00-19:00), only 10 files
opened and about 5 insert and 2 update per 5 minutes...
Sample of list file (3455 bytes long, created with the exact dir list
before):
volume:\directory\file1.dat
volume:\directory\file2.dat (...and so on...)
volume:\directory\file115.dat

Does someone *suffer* from this ? (I already know another one since
today...)
