How do you relate locking IDs, etc., to sessions?
Ingres 6.4/02 on VAX/VMS 5.5

If you list sessions through IPM, you get a session ID, username, etc.
If you list locks, you get lock IDs and lock list IDs.  How do you relate
the two?  Every once in a while, a lock gets held on a table and locks up
other sessions trying to query that table.  To find out what, if any
session is holding a lock on the table (GR PHYS), I need to know how to
relate the locking IDs to the sessions.  What manual section explains this?
