Hello,

Recently, I changed the setup of a perfectly working program.
Specifically this is what I did. I made separate directories
for the menu files, the report files, the screen files,
and the program files. The database files were left in the
original directory.

Now when I run the program, before the main menu comes up,
I get this message "Path or file not found". The program
still works as before so I don't know why this message
shows up, it just doesn't look nice if the user has to see
this. Could someone help or give some suggestions as to what
I might do to fix this error.
