Invalid Object Name error returned when object exists

I've been accessing SQL server tables via VBScript asp
pages for some months...now I get an error I've never seen
before.

I can connect to the database, so I know the connection
string is good. When I issue a select against the table, I
get this message:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80040E37)
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid
object name 'AC_ELLIPSE_REQ'.

Here's the pertinent part of the VBScript that produces
the error:

Set objConnection = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
Set objRecordSet  = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset")
objConnection.Open "DRIVER={SQL
Server};SERVER=EAMSPROD;UID=readOnly;PWD=***;Database=EPowe
r"
strSql = "Select * from AC_ELLIPSE_REQ"
objRecordSet.Open strSQL, objConnection,
adOpenForwardOnly, adLockReadOnly
objRecordSet.CLose
objConnection.Close
Set objRecordSet = Nothing
Set objConnection = Nothing

Any ideas?

Dennis,

Did you change anything in database or configuration of SQL Server last
time? Did you install something? Check if you have permissions to that
(AC_ELLIPSE_REQ) table.
