I downloaded the MDAC SDK (2.6), installed the ODBC samples, and build the
trace.dll. Unfortunately I'm not getting any tracing. I've tracked down the
problem and found out that the code is trying to find the address of
ODBCSharedTraceFlag in odbc32.dll. This variable doesn't exist, so no
tracing occurs. However, I did find a GETODBCSharedData method in
odbc32.dll. Has this changed? What modifications do I need to make?

By the way, I'm using Windows 2000 and my version of odbc32.dll is
3.520.4403.2.
