What Database (PC)?

 What Database (PC)?

I have an MS-DOS database file which does not seem to go with any of the
programs with which I am familiar (Foxpro, Dbase III, IV, or MS-WORKS).
The first few bytes of the file are ASCII "BWksBWssBWss".  The field
names in what I suspect is the header are each preceeded by hex 56 (ASCII
'V').  The records seem to be constant length, but each field seems to be
a variable length.  I can easily extract the ASCII fields, but whoever
made the data base stored the Zip code in a numeric field and I can not
extract that since it is not a standard floating point format.

Does this format sound familiar to anyone?  What program made this file?

Thanks in advance
