 ADO causes run-time error

Hi

I have a VB6 application installed on a Window 2000 machine with MDAC 2.6
SP2. On this machine I get the following error:

Run-time error '-2147467259 (800040005)
Automation error
Unspecified error

Other ADO code is executed successfully before the code that generates this
error is executed. As far as I can see the difference between the code that
works, and the function that generates the error is that the latter sets the
CursorType and CursorLocation properies on the recordset:

    ...
    Set rsRecordset = New adodb.Recordset
    rsRecordset.ActiveConnection = sConnectionString
    rsRecordset.CursorType = adOpenKeyset
    rsRecordset.CursorLocation = adUseClient
    rsRecordset.Open "SELECT * FROM MyTable"
    ...

On another Windows 2000 machine with MDAC 2.6 SP1 everything works!
Is this a known bug in SP2 or has the problem nothing to do with the two
properties?

Thanks in advance
Peter
