Paul Andrew #1 / 3	HP problem and Ingres bug 99377 for ingresII on HP-UX 11 (was Re: Patch 6295 for Ingres II on HP-UX 11.0) Just how many of us are out there waiting for the threading problem on HP-UX to be resolved? it seems as though very little (if any) progress is being made to sort this out. We had our machine upgraded to quad processors and it's really frustrating to have to run the installation as though it were ingres 6.x I asked CA specifically for a description of the problem so that we could hassle HP for a fix. They are reluctant to do this. The same is valid also for support fee. Beside jokes Im also concerned about while at the beginning I thought that the one who should be blamed is HP but one Im not sure any more. Tadej Vengust
