3rd party tools for VB vs VC vs VC++

 3rd party tools for VB vs VC vs VC++

So far, I've only heard about 3rd party tools for VB.  Are there just as
many for VC and VC++?  Are they any good?  I'm especially interested in
tools for databases.  I know there are a few for VB but not sure about VC.
