I wrote a VB 4.0 16 bit app on PC running Win 95 that connects to an
Access 2.0 mdb file. I created installation disks through SetUp Wizard
but get an error when I try to install it on a PC running Win 3.1. I get
"WinExec0 returned error code 000AH" message on disk 2 of 3 of
installation.

Any ideas what problem is or where I can find answer to this error code?
Online help for VB, SetUp Wizard, or Win 3.1 has no references to it. It
installs perfectly on Win 95 PC.
