I'm am new to Access/VB. Should each user have a separate workspace as I
always code the following in each form

Dim DB as database, RsCustomer As Recordset
Set DB = Workspaces(0).OpenDatabase(App.Path & DataWhere, False, False,
";pwd=" & DBPassword)
    Set RsCustomer = DB.OpenRecordset("Bank 2000 Customers", dbOpenTable)

DBPassword & DataWhere set up as a global variable.

The help talks about a workspace for a 'Session' but should each user have a
different workspace?

Thanks for reading this
