 DBGrid, Output Formatting

I've been using (in VB4) the (apex?) DB Grid with the data control (access
database), and i'm unable to remove the ".00" values from either the
"currency" or "standard" formats.  I thought about writing some code at
run-time to drop the last three characters in all records, but there's no
good help source that i can find for this.

I also formatted the values in access, but the DB grid just ignores the
formatting.

any suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks!

dan
ps.  these apex grid controls really leave a lot to be desired.  If you
have a suggestion on a better 3rd party ocx, i'd like to know.  Thanks.
