 Date Checking in Access DB
Is there any way to disable the date field default in an Access DB?  For example -
I have an employee number field on a Midrange computer thats in the field
EMEMP#.  No if I try to run a query over is and say EMEMP# = 100, it will error
out with Invalid Date Format.  Is there a way around this?

Thanks,
Todd Porter
