 ORA-1034 for new SQL-Connections
Hallo,

on an ORACLE-DB (SunOS 5.6, ORACLE V.8.0.5) new connections received an
ORA-1034 (ORACLE not available) when connected users seemed not to be
affected. Is there any similar experience with this behavior?
