Products and releases: - RDBMS 7.3.2.3.2 - SQL*Net 2.3.2.1.3 - Open VMS 7.1
We are wondering if there is a resolution problem with the listener. What may be the cause?
Any help out there? Thanks.
1. VMS: listener takes 2 mins to start
2. Listener takes long to start
3. ANNOUNCEMENT: Debian GNU Linux package to start/stop database(s)+listener(s) on system start/stop
4. why connecting takes such a long time(3 minutes)
5. SQL Update Statement takes about 1-2 minutes
6. sp_sdidebug takes 3 minutes to execute -- sometimes.
7. xp_sendmail takes 1 minute to run - this cant be right
8. Inserting 100000 rows takes 9 minutes.
9. This query takes more than 2 minutes to complete
10. win95 client takes 1-2 minutes to connect
11. Replication takes Hours instaed of minutes
VMS: Listener takes 2 minutes to start!?
